Personally I don’t think it is worth doing that - you will be playing whack-a-mole trying to keep up with all the domains that come out and variants - and it is going to add up a lot of money in domain registration fees. I think it is a better strategy to do what you are doing now:

* put guidelines about the trademark use
* complain to the registrar (if that proves effective) if someone breaks it

I am pretty sure there is a Microsoft.something domain with Japanese girls on it too…

PS Luigi, next time please add NSFW or "potentially unsafe” if you point to a dodgy link :-P
