Hi,

I also plan to attend FOSS4G (95% sure) and the dev meeting in Sansibar.

I personally would prefer to have the meeting in August before FOSS4G, 
as already suggested at 
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/wiki/DeveloperMeetingZanzibar2018

Reason: we have an important migration project (coordinate system 
migration of all of our GIS data) during September and am not allowed to 
stay away from office during September.
