[Qgis-psc] Formal policy on closing tickets with rude/aggresive language?

is a good proposal. 

Now, someone needs to implement it. 

Looks to me like something a non-core developer could also address. It
is also a good candidate for either a GSOC or QGIS grants. Something
small and with a good success chance. Also something where a person with
design-skills could contribute.
