[Qgis-psc] Two recent proposals - how to finalize?

Hi Paolo and others, 

Thanks all for the quick replies on the two proposals (Hardware for
Giovanni, proj fixes by Nyall). 

It seems like all PSC members except Jürgen replied to my question. 

How do we now finish/formalize/record these decisions so that I can
inform the two people? 

It would be good if they could get the green light soon.
