[Qgis-psc] QGIS for Mac OS packaging and infrastructure

Hi

Saer I think there was some talk about trying to match the missing funds from your campaign. I am strongly +1 on this. PSC I have been using Lutra packages extensively, and while they still have a few issues (as Saber mentions below), I am strongly supportive of the work they are doing.

Saber If I could add to your list:

* Ability to add python packages (maybe adding another python path to directory in the user’s current profile path
* Getting a crash when trying to move dock widgets around (in current LTR build)
