[Qgis-psc] [Qgis-community-team] Translating "The question of the Month" survey?

Hi, QGIS PSC members.


I'm Mitsuha from Japan.

I'd like to translate the question of the month for Japanese.

Could you tell me how to do it? Just fill in the blanks on the google 
spreadsheet?
