[Qgis-psc] Lack of information about certification program on qgis.org

Hi List!

I am starting marketing of QGIS official certificate in Poland and have
just realized that there is no information about that on QGIS main site.
I'm afraid it may be confusing for users as the program is not described
clearly.

Was it discussed earlier?
