Hi Michał,
yes, we did, and for now we opted for a soft approach, i.e. a gentle
reminder that mostly worked. I'm afraid sooner or later we'll have to
deal with this kind of problems on legal terms, which nobody would
really like to I believe.
So if you have evidence of trademark infringements please let us know
and we'll try the soft approach first.
