[Qgis-psc] Renaming pages on the website?

Hi,

During some website revisions I came across some pages that should probably
be renamed:

2 Examples:
https://www.qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/governance/psc.html

should not be named "psc.html" but rather "charter.html"

Also the section "sponsorship" should be renamed to "sustaining_members".

Before I do any changes, I want to check back if such renames are possible
and what side-effect there are to be expected.

I also noticed that last night there was not website update. I hope I did
not break the website update again?

@Richard could you please check?

Reminder to myself: should learn how to build the website locally on my
machine for testing ...
