[Qgis-psc] On using Nextcloud for editing documents

I'd suggest to first try on OSGeo, and use a different infrastructure or
install our own only if this proves really ineffective. Sharing a
solution with other OSGeo projects has its advantages.

sure, let's find a good solution, then we'll draw a migration plan if
feasible.
