we could do that, usually it happens the same day or few days after the
meetings.  Anita is usually the good soul doing that which, thinking of
it, confirms why we forgot to publish the minutes since she could not
join the July Meeting. The August minutes still need some love from my
side since I was on the cellphone.

meetings are always the first Tuesday of a month at 17:00 (Swiss time)

The agenda usually grows organically until just before the meeting. I
usually reserve 2-3h before the meeting to prepare and go through my
monthly notes. Maybe we need to change that, I'll put it in the agenda
for the next PSC (Sept 1st)
