[Qgis-psc] doc-test repo

Hi Harrissou,

Matthias told me that the problem is solved by having admin (maybe even
maintain) permission on the repo, surprisingly to  me you were not in
the documentation-admins group which you should now be.

Let me know if the problem is fixed.
