[Qgis-psc] doc-test repo

Hi Marco,

No, it does not solve. And it would indeed be weird that a change done mid
may would be the (direct) trigger of my loss this week.
Giving it a closer look, I also lost reference to the qgis/QGIS repo I had
added to travis. And clicking the + button to add more repositories only
offers selection among my own repos/forks. Not the ones of QGIS.
So I'm not sure it has anything to do with my privileges in QGIS github
repo, but something to do with travis itself (I can see qgis organisation
listed in the settings, with everything green!).

Anyway, thanks for having tried to help me out. Maybe it will resurrect one
day. Hope that I don't need it in the meantime.
