[Qgis-psc] Voting for grants

Hi all
thanks a lot for the great input. It is grest to see the "bottom up"
approach at work :)

in general to me it looks like we need to work on making workflows and
processes clearer an more transparent.

I'll take the subject to the PSC meeting  next Tuesday. So please let the
inp6flow :)
