[Qgis-psc] Grant Report: Port DB Manager Table Management Functionalities to Browser: SQL execution (part 3)

Hi lists,

The grant proposal described in the QEPhttps://
github.com/qgis/QGIS-Enhancement-Proposals/issues/205 has been completed
with:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/44051

As a bonus an additional PR https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/44200 adds to
QGIS core the query layer management tool that was provided by DB-Manager
plugin.

The new API is fully covered by unit tests.
