[Qgis-psc] [QGIS-Developer] Grant Report: Port DB Manager Table Management Functionalities to Browser: SQL execution (part 3)

Great work !
I'm just a bit concerned about my Topology Viewer plugin, which
currently resides under the DBManager python plugin. I guess the
road ahead would be to port that to the browser or something
like that (browsing PostGIS Topologies?)
