[Qgis-psc] Fwd: Financing QGIS through Dev Protocol

Hi

I think if we follow the philosophy: "work with tools we understand" we are
on safer ground. Yes maybe it is conservative and we miss out on
opportunities, but we also reduce our risk exposure. So either someone in
our team needs to be willing to deep dive on this stuff or I suggest we
just leave it alone for now.
