[Qgis-psc] Splash for 3.22

Hi!
Thanks a lot for the warm welcome of the movie :)

I think we should publish it on qgis YT channel (who is in charge of it?)
and make it public on the day when 3.22 will be available for download. As
always, there will be some media/blogs articles and it would be nice if
authors are able to embed the movie.

There is only one request from the authors of the movie, to leave the movie
description unchanged (with e-mail to ParkosMedia). They did it
completely for free and i think it is fair.

Is there any chance to embed the movie in "news section" in QGIS itself? I
do not know how it is called, but i mean hints that appears just after
start of the program.  It would be nice if every QGIS user have a chance to
get know the story behind the new name.

There is also qgisbialowieza.pl website with more info for more interested.
