[Qgis-psc] First sample outputs of telemtry work

Just a follow up:

I clustered the versions of QGIS so the chart is hopefully more sensible
now.

For the Operating system breakdowns, don't forget that prior to QGIS 3.24
and Ale's patch, we never got the OS back, so for now there will be a large
number of "Other" reports for the OS until most of our user base is running
>= 3.24. This is explained in the tooltips too...
