[Qgis-psc] qgis2 webserver issues

I see qgis.org use cloudflare from DNS, so this should be the procedure for
DNSsec
https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/additional-options/dnssec/

Regarding SSL, that can be easily done with Let's Encrypt
https://letsencrypt.org/
Most Linux distributions have tools that do the process almost
automatically.
