Thanks Even.
The running election had 4 places open we voted for this and I completely
agree with Even that we should not vote on a moving target.

As i mentioned, additionally, I've an inquiry on how to dissolve an
existing group so we would complicate things even more if we were to assign
a place that potentially is inexistent.
