Hi Régis!
Just had a meeting with the organizing committee. And the web page is about to get ready. Tomorrow perhaps. And then it will have to be accepted as apart of the main qgis.org page. I suppose it will be qgis.org/uc2025 but I’ll have to get that confirmed when it’s up. Maybe it would be good to wait for that. I attach the logo. Also available as monochrome. We will also have to announce call for papers/workshops and sponsors soon. But that is enough to communicate via the site and e-mail lists, I suppose.
Think your text is excellent. I think we said that we will end 6 June, as long as the contributor meeting was in Bratislava.

Do you know who is responsible for setting up the contributor meeting wiki page? Is it also on us? And if we want an onboarding day at the contributor meeting? Is that we can get help with as it depends on the people attending.
Best regards

Hi Karl,
PSC would like to announce the event in QGIS news feed. Can you write 2 or 3 lines as a save the date ? If you have a url referencing informations, that would be a great call for action ( it could be a QGIS wiki page to start small)
I started with
> Save the date ! Next global QGIS User Conference will be in Norrköping, Sweden from 2-3 June 2025, and contributor meeting there after 4-7.
> User Conference and contributor meetings are the best place to join the community, keep up with the latest news, and find your own way through contributing to QGIS.

Any suggestion welcome!
All the best
Régis

Hi Marco and all!
Yes, I have already contacted the organizers for a small presentation of the event in the end of the program. We will prepare a few slides for the presentation.
The conference will be 2-3 June and contributor meeting there after 4-6 (or7?)
See you next week!
Med vänliga hälsningar

Hi Karl Magnus,
To me both location and date look good. There will always be some clashes and overlaps with someone's plans - but that's life.
So please go ahead with your plans,
Andreas

Hi again!
Did you have any issues or other ideas about the date? The organizer wants to make it official.

Hi all,
I’m happy to inform that we now are about to book Norrköping as the place for the next years QGIS user conference and contributor meeting. The time we plan is the first week in June. I hope this is okay with everybody and then we will go on with the planning. More details to come and discuss as we progress.
Kind regards
