Ok, let's wait for this page. We already had a bunch of save-the-date 
already, lets create a news feed that brings more information.

Anyone can add a wiki page. Just use the template of a previous sessions 
and reference it in the home page.

The onboarding day is an excellent idea to me. We have the same requests 
in the french conferences. Back in the days we did some auto-organized 
barcamps. We enhanced it once with some workshops around documentation, 
translation and git / github collaboration.

In a global event, we should probably add some sessions about how QGIS 
project works and how to jump in to help. There are a lot of non tech 
possibilities of contribution, from opendays animation, communication, 
locally raise membership subscriptions, website, security admin tasks, 
etc..

Tell us when the web page is live, I'll ask your review on the news feed.
