Think your text is excellent. I think we said that we will end 6 June, as long as the contributor meeting was in Bratislava.

Do you know who is responsible for setting up the contributor meeting wiki page? Is it also on us? And if we want an onboarding day at the contributor meeting? Is that we can get help with as it depends on the people attending.

Anyone can add a wiki page. Just use the template of a previous sessions and reference it in the home page.

The onboarding day is an excellent idea to me. We have the same requests in the french conferences. Back in the days we did some auto-organized barcamps. We enhanced it once with some workshops around documentation, translation and git / github collaboration.

In a global event, we should probably add some sessions about how QGIS project works and how to jump in to help. There are a lot of non tech possibilities of contribution, from opendays animation, communication, locally raise membership subscriptions, website, security admin tasks, etc..

Tell us when the web page is live, I'll ask your review on the news feed.

Hi Karl,

PSC would like to announce the event in QGIS news feed. Can you write 2 or 3 lines as a save the date ?  If you have a url referencing informations, that would be a great call for action ( it could be a QGIS wiki page to start small)

Yes, I have already contacted the organizers for a small presentation of the event in the end of the program. We will prepare a few slides for the presentation.
The conference will be 2-3 June and contributor meeting there after 4-6 (or7?)

Next Tuesday we've PSC and will quickly discuss the date and give you feedback but out of the top of my head I see no issues. Besides having to organise some snaps for my birthday 😉
