[Qgis-psc] [QGIS-Developer] Nomination for Benoit de Mezzo and Jean Felder as QGIS core committers

I guess we are still under the old rules and we can proceed with flipping
the write flag (or should we wait 12 months in case someone is on holiday)?

... just kidding ;-)

I'm replying here because I don't have the email addresses of Benoit de
Mezzo and Jean Felder (we should probably make sure the PSC has the emails
of who has write access to the repos in case we need them).

Please send to the psc mailing list an email where you state that you
accept/agree/abide/subscribe (not sure what is the correct word here) the
https://qgis.org/resources/support/contributors-requirements/#requirements-for-new-contributors
?

When you've done that I can flip the write bits.
