[Qgis-psc] Idea: rename 3.42 to "Denali"

**Personal opinion** since we ve not finally discussed at PSC

I do completely agree with Raymond.
Eventough i deeply hate what is happening in the US right now I think we
need do respect the fact that we are a non community effort.

Also reading some reactions to the PRs it appears that we might even affect
people trying to be against the very same issue that the PR target [0]

Sad sad we had to get here 😞
