[Qgis-psc] AGM 2025 start

Dear QGIS voting member,

One of your duties as voting members is to take part in the annual

general meeting.

We are happy to invite you to this year’s virtual AGM. The detailed
invitation is attached as a PDF.

Please note that the first phase (for submission of substantive matters

and the nomination of the financial auditors) ends on August 28th (23:59

UTC).

Discussion among the members can be carried out in this list.

AGMs are a crucial moment for the life of our project; an open and

constructive debate will be appreciated and valuable to pave the road

for further improvements.

On a personal note, I would like to apologise for the delayed AGM; after
all the documents were ready in August, I had an accident and hand surgery
that slowed me down a lot.

I’m looking forward to all your votes.
