[Qgis-psc] Privacy Policy needed to approve software for my school

Hello,

I will be teaching AP Environmental Science this year for IDEA public schools, and I would like to incorporate GIS into my classes.  I have the desktop app, but my school district cannot approve the software for student use without a privacy policy in place.  Is there a privacy policy that you can provide so that I can get the software approved?  Thank you for your time and help!
