[Qgis-psc] setup mail address for osgeo 'mantra' requests?

Hi,

my wish would be to have OSGEO switch to a true modern SSO, and if not
possible, that QGIS.org sets up its own SSO instead of the mantra fenced
LDAP.

I have been helping manually with mantra for a while and had to stop. It
is not a sustainable approach and it is very confusing for new users.

Best regards,
