[QGIS-pt] A versão 2.7 do QGIS entrou em Feature Freeze

Bom dia a todos,

Tal como descrito no email em anexo, desde a passada sexta-feira, o ciclo
de desenvolvimento do QGIS entrou em "Feature Freeze".

Quer isso dizer que, até à data do lançamento da versão 2.8 (20 de
Fevereiro), e para  para que toda a comunidade QGIS possa preparar o
lançamento da nova versão, não é admitida a introdução de novas
funcionalidades à versão em desenvolvimento (2.7).

O esforço da comunidade nesta fase será:

- Utilizadores: Testar extensivamente a versão master em busca de bugs,
reportando-os em <http://hub.qgis.org>;
- Programadores: Devem-se focar apenas na correcção de bugs;
- Tradutores: Devem continuar os esforços de tradução e procurar a
coerência da mesma no transifex <https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/QGIS/>

As versões master do QGIS são disponibilizadas diariamente (nightly builds)
em:

Para windows existem ainda versões *standalone* disponibilizadas
semanalmente:

http://qgis.org/downloads/weekly/?C=M;O=D

A responsabilidade de tornar o QGIS 2.8 a melhor versão de sempre cabe a
todos nós.

*Developers* should move their focus from creating new features to fixing
bugs.
*Translators* can can continue their work (we maintain all our translations
on
transifex now).

The nightly builds of QGIS testing available for Windows
<http://www.qgis.org/en/site/forusers/alldownloads.html#windows>, Linux
(Debian
<http://www.qgis.org/en/site/forusers/alldownloads.html#id3> and Ubuntu
<http://www.qgis.org/en/site/forusers/alldownloads.html#qgis-testing>) and
Mac
OS <http://www.qgis.org/en/site/forusers/alldownloads.html#id13> are now
effectively snapshots of what's going to be released.  Except of course for
the
bugs that are going to be fixed until release day.  For Windows there will
also
be weekly release candidates of the standalone installer

Lets keep up working together to make 2.8 another great release.
