[qgis-qwc2] list of possible Background Layers

Hi,
I am trying to publish my QGIS-project with QWC2.

I am fiddling around unsuccessfully to add background layers - especially for all of the variants of Google Maps, Bing Maps and Thunderforest. I have obtained apiKeys and I am aware of CORS. 

Has anyone a cheat sheet how to specify these maps and their variants in the backgroundlayers section of themesConfig.js - and can share this with me?
