[qgis-qwc2] Support for blend modes / compositing operations in QWC2

Hi, 

I wonder if we could support client slide blend modes (composite
operations) in QWC2? 

A typical use case in QWC2 would be a WMS on top of WMTS layers with
base maps, where a "Multiply" blend mode should be applied on the WMS
layer so that the colors are not as "washed out" as with Opacity. 

Would it be possible to implement this in QWC2? Can we discuss what
would need to be done and what this would man UI wise? 

We could also brain storm if blending should be done in QGIS server or
in QWC2, but I think for the WMS blending on top of WMTS, it makes sense
to do this in the client.
