[Qgis-tr] Could I change the tex file in english_us/user_guide directly while translating

Hi Otto,

I would like to try 1.6 and then start 1.7 step by step.

Please tell me some requirements as well as experiences for SVN and  
translation.

By the way, by changing makefile using xetex instead of latex, CJK is easy  
to handle. Things happen to be not so hard for me.
