[Qgis-tr] update of all strings

Hi Translators!

As we are moving closer and closer to FOSS4G 2013 (and QGIS 2.0 is to
be released before that date) I updated all .ts files to the latest
strings ..
Please pull to the latest updates or download the new .ts file from github.

>From now on it would be about 4 weeks .. so enough time to get closer
to 100% (and ideally reach it)
