[Qgis-tr] update of all strings

Hi Werner,

We didn't send our .ts file until now. We're still working it. We have
around 87% of strings translated over the .ts delivered by you in july.
Will be impossible to restart the translation from "0" over this new .ts.
There are some problem in this case? Can you use our translated strings to
input in this new .ts corrected file?
