[Qgis-tr] Norwegian (Bokmål) Translation

Hi,

Is anyone working on a Norwegian translation of QGIS?

I have recently moved to Norway and am learning Norwegian. I think it would be a good project for me to improve my Norwegian (I have people who can check my work to make sure it is correct).

We use QGIS quite a bit at my place of employment and I would like to do something to help the project out.
