[Qgis-tr] Norwegian (Bokmål) Translation

No, but I'm almost done with a complete Danish translation of QGIS. Be
prepared, that this is something, that takes long time to make, but you
learn the program in the process.

Maybe Danish and Bokmål are so similar, that you might even use my
translation as a reference. Good luck.
