[Qgis-tr] Norwegian Bokmål Translation

Credits to you, if you take this task (speaking of experience). Please, go
ahead and see, if you can use my Danish translation, depending on how
strong your Danish is (My Norwegian is not). Also, let me know, if you have
any comments to it.
