[Qgis-tr] Norwegian Bokmål Translation

Hi James

I don't really have a good place for you to start, unfortunately. The
project contains about 10.000 string, so it's not exactly done in day. The
best would probably be, if you can locate some modules in the translation
tool (Qt Linguist), which you already know and use, translate them and send
them to Werner gradually, so you can check it out in the "nigthlies" build
every time to verify them. That's how I've done. At least you get an idea
of which terminologi, you want to use, for all the various terms, which are
repeated all over the program.

Based on experience, you would be better off, if you get somebody to assist
you, maybe a team of 4 people who all knows QGIS well enough. The task for
one person is quite heavy and will require a lot of work, and you will
probably not make it until QGIS 2.0 ships. You just need to agree on the
terminology for consistency's sake.
