[Qgis-tr] Follow up to the String Freeze!

Quick typos report:

1. Broken string formatting in
src/providers/oracle/qgsoracleprovider.cpp. Note the 2nd %2 argument,
should be %3:
2234:QgsMessageLog::logMessage( tr( "Could not update metadata for
%1.%2.\nSQL:%1\nError: %2" )

2. Untranslatable strings in src/core/qgsrasterrenderer.cpp (212 and below):
212:name += "standard deviation";

3. src/ui/qgslabelingguibase.ui: "Left" is both an item in the
alignment combo box and a string for line markers (see tab page 2)
Suggested fix: use "Align Left", etc. for label aligments in the combo box

4. mismatched square brackets in src/core/qgsfeature.cpp:
195:Attribute index %1 out of bounds [0;%2[

I think there were untranslatable strings in SEXTANTE ("Batch
Processing - ", etc.), but I gotta look those up to make sure.

Also, Werner, can you send a quick notification some time _before_ the
next string update, so we can commit/merge the ongoing work before you
refresh the strings? Thanks.

Regards,
