[Qgis-tr] processing translations of docs

Hi Richard

Thank you for your works!

>From Japanese repository, I had downloaded all files
'docs_user_manual_sextante_*'
 .
Then I'll  copy  translated text  from '*sextante* to *processing*   .

Please cleanup Japanese.
