[Qgis-tr] new strings in transifex QGIS-Website

Hi,

we updated the source strings in transifex for QGIS-Website.

So some of the files which were 100% translated are going down some % 
here and there.

Also some new files are added.

After the new build, your translations should be visisble :-)

Please only translate QGIS-Website.
The QGIS-Documentation project available there is not used yet!
