I think think there is already information and attractions on web pages
how to help translation work, this trick wouldn't help much.

I think people will argue that it's so much easier to translate with
transifex ... And if you don't agree with them they will get angry and
forget all ideas of helping !
If people are ready to translate or manage the translation up2date, they
think that they are specialists and thus want to do in their own way,
and the idea comes from transifex.

I'd like to help You but, is it easy to You attract people in foreign
countries to start translate ? I noticeed that when work with transifex
for web pages started there was people doing some translations, then
that work declined. And I know it'll be hard to get those people back to
work. Tears.

If this, Werners suggestion of workflow, will come then I've no other
ways than just to accept.
The only thing I know is that after first new volunteer translator I get
rid of my exiting job. ;)
I don't want to quarrel which is better and which is right or wrong.

So I accept anything.

Best reagrds,
Kari

PS. Werner have You updated master again? Just to get some work for
Eastern. ;)
