Hi Sokhem,

yes, at least for documentation and website transifex is the one and
only localization point.

for QGIS-application it is the preferred one (I would say), but others
think different and prefer using the ts.
Important thing for you (as a language coordinator) to let your stand
know to Werner, as when you choose for the transifex route all is done
automatically, but if you choose for the ts file he has to do some work.
He is bookkeeping which language prefers which way.
