finish is just not build yet. Because building language is pretty
resource/time consuming, we decided to only build languages which had a
considerable amount of translation (say 10% of pages). As Finnish is/was
just 2% it is just not build yet. See this script which languages are build:

As said: building all 32 requested languages every day, seems just a
waste of energy to me if not actively translated.

BUT: as apparently you are eager to go ;-) I will add fi to the docs and
you can see what you have done until now.

Let's make a deal, if I'm correct there will be a QGIS-dev
meeting/hackfest somewhere in your neighbourhood. You buy me an apple
pie if you are not on 10% at that time ;-)

ps, give me an hour to build Finnish docs. You can continue to translate :-)
