[Qgis-tr] [Qgis-developer] [Qgis-community-team] translation: breaking ts file up in parts for transifex ?

Hmmm ..

Maybe we can come up with some .. linguist and .ts files "first"
overruling the transifex translations and only filling up missing
translations with the provided translations from transifex.

As I already said .. still a lot to try and discuss at the HF in Vienna..
