[Qgis-tr] el or el_GR

Hi Macho et al,

currently we have a question to for greek (as el) language for
QGIS-website on transifex.

For QGIS-application we have el_GR as greek language code.

So Question: should I create el_GR as lang for website, OR should we
change current app lang to el?

Myself I prefer second, because I think minimizing the number of
translation efforts is best.

What do you think?
