[Qgis-tr] Is it possible to get a language 100% tarnslated?

Hi Jürgen!

It is possible, the only "unfortunate" thing is that webpage is not
only one source file but rather 86 (For Documentation they are
currently 206) which must be connected manually in transifex (That was
the easy part for only one source file in Desktop GUI). I did not find
an automate mechanism yet in the webpage - and I don't think there is one.

Lately und to my surprise transifex somehow "forgot" the connection to
the only source file in Desktop GUI. I had to reenter the same(!) URL
again and now it seems to work again.

So there are (and probably will be) still some issues on that.

So do you think it's a good idea to connect the 86 sources from
Webpage manually? The english .po files still have to be created and
committed to github. So it is in fact only the "tx push" command that
you save.

(I only tried it with my single file out of curiosity)
