[Qgis-tr] Fixing typos in Czech translation

Hi all,

I would like to fix some typos in Czech QGIS translation. The most 
convenient way seems to be using Transifex, however there are no 
translators for Czech language there and I have doubts if the Transifex 
translation is really applied.

Could you help me what workflow should be followed for this?
