[Qgis-tr] Joining the translation teams in Transifex

Hi Eduardo!

Transifex is a complete independent project from QGIS providing
infrastructure for translations (and luckily free of charge for open
source projects).
We (QGIS) are not able to have any influence on the services they
(transifex) provides or on any buttons anywhere on a page.

But I am sure, if you have suggestions, you can write to the transifex team.
